Fine Shaves and Cuts Barber Shop has opened its doors in Center City, Philadelphia, in September 2012.
It was found by one of New York City's aspiring licensed barbers, Roman. Our mission is to bring traditional barber services in a modern environment to one of the nation's oldest cities at affordable pricing. Roman has acquired his barbering skills through a highly-acclaimed barber school in New York City.
Roman also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance which assists him in operating the Barber Shop in an efficient and successful manner. The Shop's interior and exterior modern and sleek design depicts Roman's work style and translates into clean-lined haircuts and professional service he provides to his clients.
